SharkNinja Support Site Redesign

Redesigning the Support Site Experience

Project Overview

I redesigned SharkNinja’s support page to simplify navigation, highlight common tasks, and improve self-service.

The Challenge

The original support landing page relied on a search field, a prominent login and account-creation banner, and static support-topic cards. While these elements provided access to support, the page could do more to prioritize customers’ most common needs and help them identify the right next step.

The challenge was to establish a clearer information hierarchy, improve product and content discoverability, and make high-priority tasks—such as tracking an order, starting a return, registering a product, and finding warranty information—more accessible.
